| Company history
Lyle and Betty Heineke started Heineke Electric, Inc. on April 10, 1950. They opened with one refrigerator, one Wringer washer and one range. Things have definetly come a long way since then. In 1953 they moved to the businesses current location. In 1955 they sold their first color RCA television. Back then a color television cost about $900 for a 21" television. | As the years went by the business and the Heineke family grew. When their oldest son, Paul, was in eigth grade he started helping assist while his father wired customers' homes. As he got older he became more involved with the electrical side of the business. When he graduated he made it his career. Now years later Paul's son John is working side by side with his father, the next generation of Heineke's. The youngest son, Bruce, also decided to go into the family business. When he was younger he helped out where ever he was needed . As he grew so did his responsibilties in the business. After graduation, the showroom and appliances became his area of expertise. If you have a question about an appliance he is the person to ask.
